Most of the practices in the Tri-State refer same-day denture and same-day crown cases out. We don't. Three lab technicians work out of our building, and a CEREC scanner-and-mill sits in the clinical area. When a case fits, you walk in with a problem and walk out with the solution.

When the case allows. The honest version: we start with a consult and impression, our lab makes the denture during the day, and we extract and deliver when it's ready. Dr. Moore puts it well — "if we start early, we can perform a consult and take an impression during the visit, and then hours later the patient comes back after their immediate denture is made to have their teeth extracted and then they receive the immediate denture."
This is the question Dr. Laws hears most. The answer, in his words: "The fear is that my appearance is going to change. I can explain the procedure and why this isn't true." A consult walks you through what to expect before any work is scheduled.
Dr. Moore's answer: "We offer these services with nitrous (laughing gas) and Valium. Both of these things can help reduce a patient's anxiety." Comfort options are discussed up front, not sprung on you.

We place implant-retained lower dentures and standard crown-on-implant restorations. Dr. Moore refers out for the surgical placement when needed and we restore in-office.
